Catalyst Services LLS is a veteran owned, for profit private company, offering telehealth solutions, dedicated to improving the health care outcomes and quality of life for residents of the United States Virgin Islands by offering sustainable solutions to health care access, delivery, and continuing medical education. Keith Moore, President of Catalyst Services LLC, is a US Navy Veteran residing in the United States Virgin Islands on the island of St. Croix.  An experienced clinician and medical educator, he is keenly aware of the critical telecommunication infrastructure needed to enable educators and clinicians to deliver education and health services that will improve the lives of residents throughout the territory and the Caribbean community.
